Editorial Policy

These are the rules every CelebWiki profile follows. They exist so readers can trust that what they read here is accurate, fair and up to date.

Sources

We rely on official statements, broadcaster and club announcements, interviews given by the person themselves and established publications. Details that appear only on low-quality or anonymous websites are not used.

Unconfirmed information

If something cannot be confirmed, we either leave it out or say plainly that it is unconfirmed. Net worth figures are always estimates; when we mention one, we name who made the estimate and say that it is not confirmed.

Health, relationships and private life

We do not report rumours about anyone’s health, pregnancy or death as fact. These are covered only when the person, their family or their representatives have made an official statement. We name partners and children only when they are already public, for example because the person has named them in interviews or on their own social media.

Rumour checks

When a claim about someone is widely searched, we may check it and label it true, false or unconfirmed, with the reason. This helps readers separate fact from guesswork.

Photos

We use only photos we have the right to publish, mostly openly licensed images, each credited to its photographer with its licence.

Updates

Profiles are updated when there is news, and each page shows the date it was last updated. We keep one page per person, so the latest information is always in one place.

How we work

We use software tools, including AI, to help research topics and draft profiles. Every published fact is checked against the sources described above before it goes live.
